The deliberate crash of a Germanwings aircraft in the Alps last week sent shockwaves around the world, prompting airlines to change cockpit policies.

Aviation journalist Chris Cauchi and former airline captain Mark Micallef-Eynaud discussed the repercussions of the crash which killed 150 people. Meanwhile during the discussion on Tuesday’s edition of Times Talk, psychiatrist Anton Grech, explained that more than 20 per cent of the population suffered from some form of depression at some point in their life. During the discussion we also took a look at the operations and security features of an Air Malta A320 airline.
