The two men who were arrested shortly after allegedly being involved in a theft from the Labour Party club in Sannat yesterday, were taken to court today.

The men, a Maltese, 46, and a Libyan, 41, pleaded not guilty of theft and were remanded in custody.

They were arrested yesterday after a police patrol noticed suspicious behaviour near Ghasri. Items thought to have been stolen were found in their car including cigarette packets and whisky bottles.
