On March 11, waiting to have my blood test for Warfarin, I heard a man talking about trying to jump the queue, for a blood test for sugar.

The things that this man called the staff of the polyclinic were so bad, I thought to myself that he must need help.

I would like the Floriana polyclinic staff to know that they are doing a great job and most of the people who use the clinic think the same thing.
