Adidas has thanked Eurosport for an outstanding 20 years of partnership and praised the company for the major refurbishment of its new concept store in Baystreet.
“Michele Peresso Ltd has done an excellent job as our partner for the Maltese market,” said Andreas Gellner, managing director responsible for the southern Europe region at Adidas Group.
The new Adidas store in Baystreet is spread over 235 sq.m. and offers more than 200 footwear models.
“This is the third time we are refurbishing the store since opening in November 2000 as we strive to keep improving our customer’s shopping experience,” Christina Peresso, managing director at Eurosport , said.
Eurosport has four Adidas stores, located at Eurosport Birkirkara, The Point Shopping Complex in Sliema and The Duke Shopping Mall in Victoria.
Izola Bank launches two new savings products
Izola Bank has launched two new products – Izola Saver and Izola Saver Plus – offering advantageous interest rates.
Izola Saver is an online savings account which can be opened for as little as €25. Money deposited in an Izola Saver account is not locked in for a period of time, deposits can be added as you go along, and withdrawals are at the customer’s discretion.
An Izola Saver account is tied to a primary bank account held with another bank, so funds will always be transferred to or from this one source account.
For customers looking for an even greater return, Izola Saver Plus is an online term deposit account with terms varying from three months to five years, offering interest rates of up to 3.3 per cent per annum with a minimum starting deposit of just €500.
CPD courses for architects and engineers by BICC
BICC, in collaboration with Kamra tal-Periti, is organising an overview course for architects and professionals. The course will be spread over three sessions of five hours each, the first being an introduction to the structural Eurocodes. The sessions will be held at the BICC offices at 36, Old Mint Street, Valletta, from 3pm to 8pm. The price for one is €50 while that for all three is €120.
