Q: If a retail outlet offers me a credit note or a voucher which I accept, can I pass it on to someone else? Can they use the voucher without any problems?

A: Unless the credit note or voucher is personalised or unless it specifies that it can only be used by the original owner of the voucher, then it can be used by anyone who has it and, where applicable, any other documentation that validates the voucher.
