The Caprice Lounge and Terrace at the Corinthia Palace Hotel and Spa in Attard is now serving an East-meets-West brunch on Sundays from 11am, starting from today.

“We will be serving brunch favourites from both the East and West,” says the hotel’s executive chef Stefan Hogan. “We’re introducing the popular Eastern dim sum brunch concept, which is absolutely huge in Asia and a very loved Sunday tradition.

“This will give our guests the chance to sample something a little different. However, we’re also going to be serving up brunch favourites like eggs Benedict and croissants.”

The Caprice offers a relaxed ambience where guests can find a selection of local and international papers and magazines, as well as enjoy live entertainment.

The Rickshaw Restaurant, recently named Malta’s Best Oriental Restaurant for 2015 by the Definitive(ly) Good Guide to Restaurants, will also be open for Sunday lunch as from today.

“This is something our guests have asked us for again and again, and we are now thrilled to have made it happen. Our full à la carte menu will be available, including our long-time favourites and our recently introduced clay pot dishes,” Hogan said.
