• The seller is the first person consumers should talk to when they have a problem with a product or service purchased.
• A claim for a remedy should be made as soon as possible.
• Consumers should approach the trader well prepared, with all the documents related to the purchase.
• When a solution is not reached with the seller, consumers should write a complaint letter and send it by registered post.
