Awards for outstanding performances by employees were presented at The Palace and The Victoria hotels in Sliema.

The management teams from both hotels monitor and recognise exemplary professionalism and exceptional service carried out by non-management employees. The nominees are judged on their performance over and above normal job responsibilities, as well as for outstanding service provided to enhance the hotels or guests’ experiences.

The award for best department went to the purchasing and stores team for their excellent work and flexibility.

Summer achiever commitment awards were presented to employees who showed positiveness and dedication to work and met business needs professionally.

Winter achiever optimism awards were awarded to employees who showed confidence and successfully met and exceeded both in-house and external customers’ expectations.
