Recently, two very sharp and damaging speed bumps appeared on the road between Żejtun and Marsascala, on a curved part that is not known for speeding because there is no forward view, in addition to rumble strips that have been there for some time.

These bumps, even at a slower speed, cause severe, sharp jolting to cars driving over them.

Strangely, they are on the approach from both directions of two properties connected to a government minister, one legal and one under investigation.

I am not alone in trusting that Transport Malta can beprevailed upon by us lesser mortals to remove these damaging bumps, presuming it was the regulator that placed them there in the first place.
