When are the experts going to make up their minds? They used to tell us that margarine is better than butter and now they are saying butter is not that bad after all.

How many times have we read we should be careful about the amount of eggs we eat as they are loaded with cholesterol? The new findings show we can eat as many as seven eggs a week and, not only that, but with that amount of egg consumption you may even prevent yourself from having a stroke.

Sometimes I wonder whether it is worth taking the experts seriously.

One golden rule sure worth taking seriously is that, as long as it is in moderation, what you are eating is good for you. So eat whatever you like.
