10.45am The President holds bilateral talks with the Slovenian President in the Golden Salon of the Presidential Palace in Ljubljana.

11.15am The President presides over a plenary session between the Maltese and Slovenian delegations at the Presidential Palace.

11.45am The President addresses a press conference with the Slovenian President in the Grand Hall of the Presidential Palace.

12.30pm The President meets Milan Brglez, president of the National Assembly of Slovenia, in Ljubljana.

1.10pm The President attends a lunch in honour of her official visit to Slovenia, hosted by Dr Brglez in the dining room of Villa Podrožnik in Ljubljana.

2.40pm The President meets Slovenian Prime Minister Miro Cerar at the Presidential Palace.

7.30pm The President and Mr Preca attend dinner, hosted by Mr Pahor in the Grand Crystal Salon of Brdo Castle in Ljubljana.

Thursday

10.30am The President and Mr Preca visit Cave Postojnska Jama in Postonja and meet Marjan Batagelj, director of Postojnska Jama, and Katja Batagelj.

Noon The President and Mr Preca meet Ljubljana mayor Zoran Jankovic at Ljubljana City Hall.

2.15pm The President and Mr Preca visit the Education, Care and Work Centre and meet Draga Centre director Valerija Bužan in Ljubljana.

3pm The National Hub for Ethnobotanical Research of the President’s Foundation for the Well-being of Society holds a round table with farmers

4pm The President and Mr Preca meet representatives from Slovene Philanthropy, an association for the promotion of voluntary work, representatives from Kljuc, a centre for the fight against trafficking in human beings, and representatives from SLOGA, a platform for development cooperation and humanitarian aid at the UN Association of Slovenia in Ljubljana.

Friday

The President and Mr Preca arrive at MIA.

Saturday

9.30am The President addresses a press conference outlining the application process for NGOs wishing to apply for funding from the Voluntary Organisations Fund Strina 2014 at San Anton Palace.

3pm The President receives Associazjone Multiculturale Mondiale president Letterio Campolo, together with students from Sardegna, on a courtesy call at the Palace, Valletta.

6pm The President attends a reception organised by her Foundation for the Well-being of Society for a foreign delegation attending a seminar entitled ‘Inclusion of Trans and Intersex Persons through Legislation and Policy’ as part of the EU-funded Grundtvig Project ‘Queer Pathways into Diversity’, organised by the Malta Gay Rights Movement and five European partners, at Verdala Palace, Buskett.

Sunday

10.30am The President inaugurates Kerċem Civic Centre.

6.30pm The President presides over the Mertu Siġġiewi ceremony, tied to Jum is-Siġġiewi, organised by Siġġiewi council at Limestone Heritage Parks and Garden, Siġġiewi.
