• A charity sale will be held today from 7.30am to 1pm at the Victoria football ground by the Friends of the Sick and Elderly in Gozo. The fee for each car space is €10, payable on the day.
• A blood donation session will be held at the Gozo General Hospital’s Outpatients Department today between 8am and 1pm.

• The Friends of the Sick and Elderly in Gozo will hold its annual general meeting at the Gozo Ministry exhibition hall, St Francis Square, Victoria, on Tuesday at 7.15pm. The meeting will be preceded by Mass at 6.30pm at St Francis church, Victoria, followed by refreshments.
• MUSEUM superior Joe Fenech will hold a prayer and catechesis meeting at Our Lady of Pompeii church, Victoria, on Thursday from 10 to 11am. All are welcome. Fenech also presents a weekly Saturday programme from 1 to 3pm on Radju Maria.
• A comedy by Franco Roberto, translated into Maltese by Salv Borg, entitled Kulħadd ma’ Tiegħu will be staged at the MBC Theatre, Nadur, on Saturday at 7.30pm and next Sunday at 3pm. • The diocesan Eucharistic Movement will hold a prayer evening at Our Lady of Mount Carmel (Ta’ Ħamet) church on Saturday at 8pm, followed by Mass at midnight.
• Victoria Scout Group will be holding Founder’s Day lunch at its headquarters at St Domenica Street, Victoria, next Sunday at 12.30pm. • Anthony Frendo will give a talk entitled ‘Phoenician to Punic Malta – an overview’ on March 2 at 7pm at the NGO Centre, Xewkija, organised by the British Residents’ Association, Gozo Group, in conjunction with the Gozo NGO association. All are welcome.
