Some religious people would prefer carnival to be celebrated in winter. Others feel that carnival in winter provides a highly important attraction for tourists at this time of the year.

There are others, however, who prefer it to be held in the summer so that they will be able to enjoy it as the weather would be good.

I do not see why the same carnival festivities should not be celebrated both in winter and in summer. There are many people who enjoy watching the same film two or three times and football fans watch games regularly.

So what’s wrong with celebrating the same carnival twice a year if the weather permits, especially in summer?
