Cake enthusiasts, renowned industry experts and professional cake decorators from across the globe last week converged at Cake International, the sugarcraft, cake decorating and baking show in Manchester. The three-day event boasts the world’s largest display of competition pieces and a vast range of supplies, workshops and demonstrations. Here’s a small glimpse of the sweet works of art on show.
