Craftsmanship, with its strong link which binds it to the daily life of its place of origin, offers a precious illustration of the previous and contemporary mechanisms which generated it.

The Italian Cultural Institute is hosting Shared Traces, an exhibition displaying works that reflect, with materials and techniques, the culture and artistic history of Abruzzo, which parallel Maltese craftsmanship.

The exhibition, Shared Traces, is coordinated by the Confederazione Nazionale Artigianato e Piccola e Media Impresa and runs until Friday at the Italian Cultural Institute, Valletta.
