An innovation in paper shredders with integrated fine dust filter system for a better indoor climate has been launched by Dahle.

An issue that keeps cropping up in public discussion, fine dust is a problem that is familiar to almost everyone. Whether from exhaust emissions, cigarette smoke or even office equipment, fine dust is produced in all sorts of different places. With Dahle Cleantec filtering systems, effective reduction of fine dust is achieved.

Dahle’s exclusive technical innovation is not only changing the document shredder market but also the indoor climate at the workplace. The unique filter system directly integrated in the Dahle Cleantec document shredders significantly reduces the emission of fine dust. Up to 75 per cent of all fine dust is collected directly where it is produced, above the cutters, and fed through a closed system into the filter at the back of the shredder. This permanently binds up to 94 per cent of fine dust particles.

This way, Dahle Cleantec document shredders significantly reduce exposure to fine dust from document shredders and help to improve the working atmosphere. Dahle Cleantec was developed in cooperation with Freudenberg Filtration Technologies, one of the world’s largest filter manufacturers with headquarters in Germany.
