Aviation organisation Medavia has expanded its portfolio of services in the delivery of aviation-related training.

The company, approved by Transport Malta to provide various courses to third parties, cockpit crew members, cabin crew members and ground staff, is also an approved EASA Cabin Crew Training Organisation.

Courses are designed to offer crew the professionalism the industry demands. Latest trends within the aviation business are introduced through these intense courses in order to bring out the best of all attendees.

They are delivered by a team of instructors who have accumulated a wealth of knowledge with many flight hours as part of an in-flight team.

The delivery of training is conducted in a participative manner to provide participants with the confidence and aptitude to deal with any situation that may develop on board an aircraft.

Training is mainly classroom-based and includes both theoretical and practical components, using a balanced combination of ‘chalk and talk’, film and Power Point presentations.

Some modules also include practical exercises, simulating real-life scenarios using representative training devices.

Given that Medavia is a strong believer of continuous learning and development, trainees will be equipped with a range of skills and capabilities that may be utilised in other areas of the aviation business sector.
