Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi (R) gave a tie as a present to his Greek counterpart Alexis Tsipras during a news conference at Chigi palace in Rome.

The Greek prime minister and his ministers, elected last week, have been attending official functions in Greece and abroad in casual open-neck shirts.
