San Andrea Restaurant at Palazzo Castelletti, Rabat, has changed its à la carte menu.
The winter/spring menu includes new dishes such as confit duck leg bon bon, red king prawns baked en papillote, and a warm raspberry and frangipane tart as dessert.
Some of the restaurant’s more popular dishes, such as the warm chocolate fondant and foie gras, are still being served.
A park-and-ride service is provided for free to all San Andrea patrons following an initiative taken jointly by the Rabat restaurant community for their customers.
San Andrea Restaurant has also prepared a special six-course menu for couples willing to give themselves a special treat in an intimate and relaxed ambiance on Valentine’s Day.
