The Malta Football Association’s clinic has been moved to Level 2 of the National Stadium’s Millennium Stand in Ta’ Qali.

It will be open between 8.30am and 7.30pm Mondays to Fridays and from 8.30am to 12.30pm on Saturdays.

The new state of the art clinic, in which some €500,000 have been invested, will provide a wider range of services. It will be run by renowned sports doctor David Attard.

The clinic specialises in the treatment and rehabilitation from musculoskeletal injuries, be it sports or non-sports related.

Oher services include electro cardiogram tests and a dedicated limb and joint MRI scanning facility, as well as a rehabilitation area.

The MFA said it intended to extend its long existing Member Clubs' Clinic Cover Scheme, which offered preferential packages on its already advantageous rates, to other sports and corporate organisations.
