The Ħal Saflieni Hypogeum, Ta’ Ħaġrat and Skorba Temples will not be open due to restrictions and the sensitivity of the sites.

One of the highlights of the open day will be the opportunity to visit the exhibition ‘The Roman Inquisition in Malta’ at the Inquisitor’s Palace.

Another highlight is the exhibition ‘Malta, the great story of a small island-nation through 100 objects’, at the National Museum of Archaeology. The exhibition takes the visitor on a discovery trip, reaching back to the geological formation of the Maltese islands 35 million years ago until the milestone constitutional achievements of the past 50 years. This will be the last day of the exhibition.
