A model who fell for the ruse of the Danish fake doctor who tricked her and two others into undergoing medical examinations that included having their breasts fondled feels the “pervert” got off too lightly and the court would have handled the case differently had it been informed of his history of similar offences in other countries.
The model also believes that the ‘stethoscope man’ recorded a video of the medical examination. She claimed this concern was “ignored” by the police who seemed reluctant to search his laptop or mobile phone for anything of the sort.
Michael Camilo Precht was given a two-year suspended sentence and fined €2,329 last week.
It all started around January 12 when Mr Precht contacted one of the girls via Facebook saying he was setting up a rescue company and needed models for a photoshoot. He said the models required a medical certificate for insurance purposes as it would take place on rescue helicopters, jet skis and boats.
Mr Precht claimed to be a doctor who could carry out the medical examination “from head to toe” himself, including an ECG and an ultrasound on their breasts to check the heart, lungs and blood pressure. He warned the models that they would have to take off their clothes for this examination and stay in their underwear, except for the ECG.
“If you don’t want a medical under your bra, then I will have to find someone else, because these are EU rules,” he is claimed to have said.
