Dhalia Real Estate services recently appointed David Dingli (pictured) as its new HR executive.

Mr Dingli, a management consultant by profession, specialises in strategic development, HR management and operations management and has delivered lectures and corporate training to over 5,000 managers in 30 countries.

Mr Dingli, who has been responsible for Dhalia’s internal training since 2013, will be in charge of the HR department, including recruitment, orientation, induction and appraisal of all personnel.
