I reside permanently in Canada, however, I have ongoing personal banking dealings with the Bank of Valletta.

As is bound to happen from time to time, problems arise and snags develop and when they do (since the BOV closed its local branch in Toronto), I always turn to Ryan Liddell, who is a relationship officer, international personal banking branch of BOV.

Invariably, Ryan has come to my rescue promptly and efficiently on each and every occasion that I encountered a problem and he was always able to find a satisfactory remedy to resolve each matter.
