Air Malta cabin crew have decided in a vote to end their 'baguette' industrial dispute with the airline, Tourism Minister Edward Zammit Lewis said this morning.

The union had ordered its members not to sell food and snacks on board flights after the airline decided that cabin crew should be served a baguette and half a litre of water on flights, which was what was started to be served to customers as from this month.

The union protested that the decision breached a condition of the collective agreement that crews had to be offered 'suitable meals'.

The minister was presiding over a public information session regarding the draft national tourism policy.
