GALEA BONAVIA. On January 20, HELENE née Aquilina, aged 64, residing in Attard, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of the Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss, her loving husband Charles, her dear daughters Francesca and Michela, her brother John Paul Aquilina and his wife Madeleine, her brother-in law Paul Galea, widower of her sister Miriam, as well as her nieces Marilena, Audrey and nephew Jonathan. She will also be sadly missed by Charles’ closest cousins, Maria Rosner and Joanna Depares, as well as other relatives and friends. Mass praesente cadavere will be said tomorrow at 9am at St Mary parish church, Attard, followed by interment in the family vault at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. GRIMA – JOSEPH, 19.04.1928-17.01.2015. Taken away suddenly to be with his heavenly family and now in the arms of our Lord. Husband to Ray, father to Linda and Carole, Oupa (grandfather) to Lisa and Steven. No Longer in our life to share, but in our hearts you are always there. HARRIS. On January 20, at Mater Dei Hospital, Captain HAROLD WILLIAM HARRIS, aged 87, widower of Josette, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his children Sandy, Fiona and her husband Tancred and his parents Tancred and Jutta Busuttil, his beloved grandson George, his sister Mabel Mizzi, his sister-in-law Joan Warrington, his nephews and nieces Mario, Guido, Joe, Henri, Rosanne, Sylvia, Alan and Roberta and their respective spouses and partners, as well as his friends. Week of prayer
The Church is holding a Week of Prayer for Christian Unity until Sunday to overcome differences that separate members of different Christian Churches.
An Ecumenical Service will be held tomorrow at 6.30pm at the Capuchins’ Church, Floriana. Bishop Charles Scicluna will preside over the service.
