Liland Turnkey Works Limited with the cooperation of Creations and Omni Stat Limited have been entrusted by db San Antonio Hotel for refurbishing works at the prestigious four-star hotel. This project was one of the turnkey jobs the company has undertaken. The supply of furniture and seating were manufactured by Compir of Italy on designs by Martin Xuereb and Associates, while tiles, sanitary ware, faucets and pool equipment were supplied by Creations the Ultimate in Bathroom Elegance Limited. Mark Schembri and Johann Camilleri curated the works.

The works at db San Antonio consisted of the furnishings of more than 550 bedrooms, plumbing, tiling and sanitary installation.

The rooms include the standard rooms, suites, duplexes and time-share rooms.

Liland Turnkey Works Limited deploys skilled workers for each particular trade. Duravit, Hansgrohe and Geberit are renowned around the world for their sanitary ware and faucets. This year Hilton Malta entrusted Creations for the supply of Duravit sanitary ware, pressed steel baths by Kaldewei, Hansgrohe faucets and Geberit concealed cisterns.
