Two people were grievously injured in a traffic accident in Triq Aldo Moro, Marsa.

The police said a 47 year-old man from Zebbug lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree. A 56 year-old woman from Paola was a passenger in the car.

The accident happened at 1am.
