Missing a flight due to huge traffic from Disneyland Paris to Orly (stuck for more than three hours) is a nightmare.
Notwithstanding this, I have to acknowledge the superb customer service offered by Air Malta on December 14 when I phoned their call centre to advise them what happened.
The agent was so reassuring and sorted the new flight booking within minutes. The day after I called Air Malta customer service again and the call centre agent arranged our tickets which were e-mailed within minutes.
I also have to highlight the help we were offered by Orly airport who booked us a hotel for the night, which was just 10 minutes away from the airport. Thank you Air Malta.
