• Exchanges of unwanted presents can usually be done by following the return conditions on the gift receipt.

• If a gift is faulty or damaged, consumers can ask the seller to provide a free remedy.

• Personalised and made-to-measure gifts are usually non-returnable.

• Online purchases may be cancelled for any reason during the 14-day cooling-off period.
