A controlled explosion to demolish an illegally built 10 storey high building in Sevastopol failed, making the  building look like a resemblance of Tower of Pisa.

Not all residents of Sevastopol regarded the attempts of demolishing it as a failure. One of them, Ruslan, told Reuters that the demolition workers were limited in the amount of explosives that they could use because the building was in a densely populated location and using too much could damage other structures.

The authorities of Sevastopol have so far not issued any comment about the demolition, but the local media say that there will be a third attempt. As for now, the building became a remarkable sight to the residents and to the visitors of the town.
