It is an established fact that Republic Street, in Victoria is Gozo’s main thoroughfare.

This notwithstanding, the flow of traffic in this arterial road is being constantly hindered by the fact that part of the pavement adjacent to Bank of Valletta has been recently protruded onto the street where a bus stop is also in operation.

Reason has it that to ease matters one of these amenities should be eliminated.
