FARRUGIA. On Saturday, December 20, at St James Capua Hospital, Sliema, surrounded by his family, BERNARD (Benny), aged 76, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife Maria, née Agius, his children Deirdre and John Cachia, Deborah and Stephen Thake, Reuben and Mateja, his grandchildren Jean-Bernard, Maria, Harry, Sophie, Max and Alexander, his brother Joseph and his wife Mona, his sisters Rose Sammut and Laura and her husband Anthony Galea, his in-laws, nephews, nieces and many relatives and friends. GAFÀ. On December 22, at Mater Dei Hospital, TADDEO of Qormi, aged 65 years, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his brothers and sisters, Sr Bernadette, sister of St Joseph, Carmen, Frances, Joseph, George, Twanny, Jimmy, Maria and Rita, their respective spouses, nephews and nieces, their respective families, cousins, other relatives and friends. MERCIECA. On December 23, at Mater Dei Hospital, JOSEPHINE, née Camenzuli, aged 84, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Joe and his wife Rose, Doris and Charles, Ray and his wife Tania, and Victor and his wife Juliet, her grandchildren, Janice and her husband Nicholas, Neville, Ian and his wife Daniela, Clint, Neil and his wife Lorraine, Marco and his wife Mandi, and her great-granddaughter Elisa, her sister Nina, in-laws, nephews and nieces, relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 9.30am for the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery chapel where Mass will be celebrated at 10am, followed by interment in the family grave. Suddenly, on December 21, at Mater Dei Hospital, CARMELO (former employee, ARMS Ltd), of Birkirkara, residing at Mosta, aged 61, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Lorenza, his sons Lawrence and his wife Rowena and Alex and his fiancée Miranne, his brothers and sister, in-laws, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends.
