FARRUGIA. On December 20, at St James Capua Hospital, surrounded by his family, BERNARD (Benny), aged 76, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife Maria, nèe Agius, his children Deirdre and John Cachia, Deborah and Stephen Thake, Reuben and Mateja, his grandchildren Jean-Bernard, Maria, Harry, Sophie, Max and Alexander, his brother Joseph and his wife Mona, his sisters Rose Sammut and Laura and her husband Anthony Galea, his in-laws, nephews, nieces and many relatives and friends. The funeral leaves St James Capua Hospital tomorrow Tuesday at 1.30pm for St Joseph parish church, Msida, where Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 2pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Adolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

SCIBERRAS. Suddenly, on December 21, at Mater Dei Hospital, CARMELO (former employee, ARMS Ltd), of Birkirkara, residing at Mosta, aged 61, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Lorenza, his sons Lawrence and his wife Rowena and Alex and his fiancée Miranne, his brothers and sister, in-laws, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 2.30pm for Mosta parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 3pm, followed by interment at Mosta cemetery. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
