From a survey conducted by the Malta Hotels and Restaurants Association, the hotel industry improved overall by 13 per cent over the last year, i.e. occupancy and room rates up by 5.2 per cent and 7.4 per cent respectively.

Concurrently, restaurant prices caused the major upliftto our (modest) harmonized price index.

Not bad. Not bad at all.
