Ingredients
100g chopped onions
200g diced cheddar cheese
15g butter
2 cups tomato sauce
2 tots sherry
Salt and pepper
100g diced smoked salmon
¼tsp sweet chilli sauce
French bread to serve
Method
Melt the butter, sauté the onions gently until tender, add cheese, sweet chilli sauce, tomato sauce, sherry and seasoning. Stir constantly until smooth. Add salmon and blend well.
