Ingredients
4 boneless turkey drumsticks
350g veal, minced
100g collar bacon, finely chopped
75g dried cranberries
2 cloves garlic, minced
Sage, finely chopped
100g chestnuts, chopped
Parsley, finely chopped
Oatmeal
1 knob butter
Chicken stock
Port wine

Method

For the stuffing, mix together the veal, bacon, garlic, cranberries, chestnuts, sage, parsley and oatmeal.

Stuff the drumsticks and place in an oven-safe dish. Mix together the chicken stock, port wine, butter and some sage.

Pour over the drumsticks. Cover with foil and cook in a hot oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes. Pour the juices into a saucepan and reduce.

Add some cornflour.
