Diamonds International recently inaugurated its new high-end luxury boutique in the heart of Pjazza Tigné, Sliema.
Clients, employees and distinguished guests were treated to an exclusive first-hand viewing of the newly furnished 300-square-metre outlet, followed by a night of music, food and drinks.

Middlesea Insurance sponsors Paqpaqli għall-Istrina 2014
Middlesea Insurance will be sponsoring the ninth edition of Malta’s annual popular motoring event, Paqpaqli Għall-Istrina, which will be held tomorrow between 9am and 3.30pm in the grounds of the Malta International Airport and Lufthansa Technik.
Middlesea Insurance will be hosting its own stand during the event, where people can gain more information about the products offered by the company, meet the amiable Motormax and be in with a chance to win more than €2,000 worth in gifts, including insurance products, free car fuel as well as car tracking devices. Two roadside assistance tow trucks of Middlesea Assist will also be displayed on the stand.
All the proceeds of Paqpaqli Għall-Istrina go to the Malta Community Chest Fund and L-Istrina. Motorsport, live stunts and action, stunt biker shows and a soapbox car competition will be some of the main attractions of this year’s annual motoring event. The public will also be able to drive four supercars, follow live action on three different circuits and admire luxury and classic vehicles which will be on display.
Some of the cars that will be present in this year’s Paqpaqli Għall-Istrina include the Ferrari 458 Speciale, Ferrari 458 Italia, the latest Porsche road/track car 991 GT3, the latest Porsche Carrera 4S and the Macan Turbo, and two Nissan GT-Rs.
This year, over 1,000 vehicles from 35 local automotive clubs are expected to participate.
