Dorothy and her Wizard of Oz friends this morning teamed up with the Three Kings of the Orient and the Police Band as Santa’s Special guests to greet President Marie Louise Coleiro Preca on her arrival at the Grand Hotel Excelsoir to watch people jump into the cool Marsaxmett waters in aid of L-Istrina.

Santa’s Elves were at hand providing bathrobes, a warm drink and home-made cookies to participants as they came out of the water.

Santa, Alice and the Mad Hatter awarded certificates of participation.
