A two-year-old boy is recovering in a Polish hospital, after he was found face down and unconscious in below freezing temperatures.

There's speculation the boy was sleepwalking when he left his grandmother's house in the early hours -- and found here, wearing only socks and a pajama top.

Waking up from a coma, doctors are optimistic he'll make a full recovery. 

Doctors are calling it a miracle. They say the boy, who arrived with severe hypothermia and an irregular heartbeat, is on the road to recovery.
