Indignant Fantasy Tours customers were this evening advised by the Malta Consumers Association to demand compensation from the government.

During a meeting this evening, the association said the government failed its duty by not transposing a European directive about the right to get refunded should a company go bankrupt.

They advised the customers to write an official letter to government demanding compensation.

Should the government refuse, they should file a judicial protest and if that also did not work, take the matter to the European Court of Justice, the customers were told.
