The new autumn/winter Marella collection is full of simple and contemporary silhouettes and bright colours.

The design focuses on soft tunic and egg-shaped coats, blouses and pants and there’s a fresh and vibrant twist to the whole wardrobe, with an eye for sophisticated fabrics and up-to-date details which are never over the top.

Red, pink, bordeaux, green, sky blue and black come in strong autumn nuances and even metallic shades.

The variety of the colour palette comprises everything, from plain shades to subtle patterns, such as small polka dots, and larger patterns, such as stripes, flowers, checks and shimmering jacquard.

The metallic shades lighten up skirts, pants and down jackets, while soft, fluffy surfaces render alpaca coats even comfier. Blouses are the wardrobe’s passepartout that transform any outfit and come in a variety of shades and shapes ranging from T-shirts to chemisiers, as well as chantilly lace shirts.

The jacket takes on a new look, featuring a designer neckline and is available in both plain and jacquard versions.

The tube dress with a tapered waist is a must-have in a range of autumn colours: from mulberry to mud, as well as ochre, red and black.

Design, multitasking and timelessness are distinctive features behind a new project for Marella – a collection of 14 versatile items made of a single fabric, flowing and wrinkle-free.

The 14 items will feature polished and egg-shaped lines, with the biker jacket, midi-skirt, box-shaped blouse and sleeveless overall.

The project focuses on practicality and the whole range of garments can be mixed and matched for all seasons and occasions, because the watchword is ‘create your own style’.

Gym inspiration moves towards a more rock ’n’ roll, grunge direction, with casual torn jeans, floral jacquard knitted tops and blousons made of cracklé faux leather.

The colours draw inspiration from nature, with pink and its full range of petal shades blending with warm cherry red, forest green and winter-sky grey.

These are the colours of the new season, starting from the short drawstring down jackets to longer models with fur collars or two-material versions with felt-like woollen inserts, as well as shaded or jacquard knitwear and snug midi-coats.
