San Anton School’s Christmas market was a festive day for the family.

The school was transformed into a Christmas haven, with hundreds of visitors browsing stalls selling gifts, seasonal treats and artisan products.

Children met Santa in his grotto and a live crib with a wooden stable set up in the school’s picnic area attracted many visitors.

With the support of local farmers, the stable housed live animals and transformed the area into a typical Nativity scene.

Children listened to stories, participated in author workshops, wrote their letters to Santa and joined in Christmas art, craft and baking.

The cast of Pinocchio also paid a visit and entertained those present with a couple of upbeat numbers.
