EBEJER. On November 24, at Casa Antonia, Balzan, EMANUEL, widower of Mary, aged 97, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his son Eric and his wife Vicky; his daughters Irene and her husband Colin Hillman, Gladys and her husband Emanuel Cassar, Winnie and her husband Paul Fenech and Doreen and her husband George Depasquale; his son-in-law Louis Betts, widower of Yvonne; his grandchildren Stefan, Adrian, Ivan, Denise, Malcolm, Natasha, Geraldine, Nicola, Ian, Christine, Katya, Karl and Sandra and their respective spouses, his 21 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Casa Antonia today at 2pm for St Joseph parish church, Msida, where Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 2.30pm, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated. The family would like to thank the nurses and carers at Casa Antonia. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

PIZZUTO. On November 25, at Mater Dei Hospital, Maria née Grima, of Ħamrun and residing in Paola, aged 89 years, went to meet the Risen Lord, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Doris and her husband Anton Ferris, Jane, Miriam and her husband Carmel Cacopardo and Anthony, grandchildren Mark Anthony, Jonathan, Renè, Martina and Dario, their respective spouses, great-grandchildren, her sister Melina and her husband Neville Heeks residing in the UK, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 7.45am, for Christ the King parish church, Paola, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.30am followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza in Siġġiewi will be greatly appreciated. Lord grant her eternal rest.

SAMMUT. On November 24, at Mater Dei Hospital, MIRIAM, widow of Carmel, residing in Swieqi, passed away peacefully at the age of 82, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Marthese and her husband John Xuereb, Professor Charles Sammut and his wife Mary Rose, her grandchildren Damian and his wife Tamsin, Ilona and her husband Mark Captur, Neil and Keith, her great-grandchildren Mikiel and Alexander, her brothers Mgr Victor Grech, Joe Grech and his wife Josephine, her sister-in-law Frances Saliba, her niece Marcelle and her husband Philip Bugeja, and their sons Karl and his wife Melissa, and Philip, other nephews and nieces, relatives and friends. Mass præsente cadavere will be said today at 2.30pm at Tal-Ibraġ parish church. No flowers by request but donations to Caritas Malta will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

In Memoriam

AGIUS – SALLY Treasured memories of a loving mother and grandmother, today being the fourth anniversary of her passing away. So sadly missed by her children Mariella and Mario, Paul and Graziella, Victor and Claudia, her grandchildren Michael and Elisa, and her brother Alfred Mizzi. Mass will be offered for the repose of her soul and that of our dear late father Joe.

BROWNRIGG – HENRY. Remembering a dearly beloved husband and father on the 38th anniversary of his death. Sadly missed and always in our thoughts and prayers. His wife Olga, daughers Helen, Monica, Madlyn and their families.

CARUANA – PAULINE. In sweet, loving memory of a very dear and devoted mother, today being the 27th anniversary of her demise. Remembered by her only daughter Mary Fatima and son-in-law John.
