The popular ‘Danish Village’ complex in Mellieħa plans to add 30 small holiday homes.
A project description report submitted to the planning authority proposes 30 new bungalow units: 25 will be built along the northern edge of the resort and five along the south periphery.
The property, officially called the Mellieħa Holiday Centre, has a total area of more than 260,000 square metres, including 100,000 square metres occupied by the hotel and its grounds.
The resort buildings have a footprint of about 17,000 square metres.
