A traditional three-course meal was served at Dun Salv Portelli primary school, San Lawrenz, organised by the Cangura Folk Group, accompanied by live entertainment by Ta’ Verna Folk Band.
Among the home-cooked delicacies were vegetable soup (minestra), baked rice (ross il-forn), Lampuki pie (Torta tal-Lampuki), rabbit stew (stuffat tal-fenek) and traditional Maltese biscuits (biskuttini tar-raħal).
