The RS2 Group is in process of negotiating a new licensing deal with a client in Europe that is expected to be concluded during the first quarter of 2015.

In a company announcement, the software company said that during the second half of the year, it concluded negotiations on one of the letters of intent mentioned in an earlier announcement last May and signed a processing agreement for RS2 Smart Processing with Optimal Payments.

Negotiations on the second letter of intent are ongoing and are at an advanced stage, it noted. The group is also negotiating new letters of intent to provide services to clients within Europe and North America.

In the third quarter, the group went live with its first client in Latin America, a contract signed in 2012.

The group has been entrusted with onsite and offsite implementation and consultancy services beyond the original scope of the agreements.
