A man and a woman were injured late yesterday in a crash involving two Mercedes cars in Bella Vista Street, San Gwann, the police said.

The 28-year-old man, who was driving one of the cars, was slightly injured but the woman, 31, suffered grievous injuries. She was his passenger.

The driver of the other Mercedes was not injured.
