With reference to the letter by Alfred Zahra de Domenico (November 8) about his telephone service linked to Telecare, Melita would like to declare that there are no pending issues which require its attention on this matter.
Our customer service agents have been in touch with Zahra de Domenico to ensure that his telephone service is receiving calls from Melita numbers.
Several tests from different telephone numbers were conducted and no issues resulted on Melita’s end.
Zahra de Domenico has been informed to contact his service provider, in this case, Go, to sort out any issues that he has with his telephone service.
