CEFAI. On November 9, at his residence, ANTHONY (Tony), aged 76. He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife Helen, née Attard, his daughters Johanna and her husband Kris Borg and Audrey and her partner Gordon Craig, the grandchildren he adored, Emma, Bettina and George, his brothers Maurice and Paul, and his sister Carmen, his in-laws, nephews, nieces, family and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 2pm for Stella Maris parish church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2.30pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. MARTIN. On November 10, at Zammit Clapp Hospital, MAY, aged 88, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her sisters Blanche, Doris Cachia Zammit, Theresa Muscat-Fenech, her sisters-in-law Rose Martin and Connie Martin, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Zammit Clapp Hospital on Thursday, November 13 at 8am for the Carmelite parish church, Balluta, St Julian’s, were Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.30am, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Donations to Hospice Malta, Balzan, will be appreciated. A prayer is kindly solicited. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
SCHEMBRI. On November 8, at Boffa Hospital, CARMELA (Lina), aged 76. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband Joseph, her daughters Gertrude and her husband Evan Buttigieg and Bernadette and her husband Joseph Borg, her grandchildren Alexander Omar and Nicholas John and cousin Paul Hili, her brothers and sisters and her husband’s brothers and sisters and their families, relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 2.45pm for Żurrieq parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 3.30pm, followed by interment at San Leone Cemetery, Żurrieq. Should anyone desire to give donations to Hospice Malta, Balzan, instead of flowers, this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all who have supported and cared for her during the past months.
